• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., occupational health and safety, business, or a related field).
• Certifications in safety-related fields, such as OSHA Blue Card or CSP.
• Experience with safety-related software and systems, such as safety management systems or incident reporting software.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards.
• Experience with training and development, including the design and delivery of training programs.
• Strong knowledge of business principles and practices, including finance, operations, and human resources.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
