{"h1": "Speech Therapist Job Description at Imaginative Beginnings Early Learning Center"} Job Summary As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Imaginative Beginnings Early Learning Center, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children with speech and language needs. Your responsibilities will include screening and evaluating students, providing speech and language services, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and evaluate students with language difficulties or delayed development
  • Provide speech and language services in accordance with the patient's Plan of Care (POC)
  • Participate in the multi-disciplinary team in reviewing qualifications of patients with speech and language needs or delayed development, collaborating with our physical and occupational therapists
Requirements To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • Hold a degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university or college program
  • Preferred: Have been granted a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Licensed by the State of Ohio or be eligible for Ohio licensure
  • Preferred: Possess at least two years of experience working with children with special needs, developmental delay, or disability
