  • As a vital member of the Dean's Office, the Project Coordinator oversees a variety of intricate and highly confidential strategic and operational projects in partnership with the Executive VP of Medicine and Health Sciences and the Dean of Faculty.
  • Acting as a representative of the Dean, the Project Coordinator is accountable for steering assigned projects from inception to completion, which includes defining project scope, delegating responsibilities, organizing project teams, establishing timelines, and tracking expenditures.
  • This role encompasses the management of all or most project phases and resources, employing industry-standard project management methodologies and tools.
  • The Project Coordinator ensures that every project phase is executed according to the established timeline and budget. Collaborating with key stakeholders, this position identifies and addresses challenges to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital project coordination or a related field.
  • Proficient in Project Management - Capable of initiating, planning, designing, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Experience in managing administrative projects, crafting communications for senior executives, and delivering non-software related projects.
