Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Flushing. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a comparable hotel size and scope
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Work Environment
