MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.

• Perform MRI procedures on patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, with attention to detail and a focus on patient comfort.
• Position patients to obtain desired views and apply immobilization devices as required.
• Recognize emergency situations and initiate code procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians to administer contrast media and ensure accurate imaging results.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Trade/Vocational training in Radiologic Technology.
• 1-3 years of general radiology experience.
• NJ license.
• AART certification.
• BLS through American Heart Association.

• ARMRIT certification.
