Senior Hardware Manufacturing Specialist

About the Role
This technical position serves as the primary point of contact for rack-level hardware as it moves through various stages of development, from NPI to mass production and eventually to end-of-life.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the translation of specifications into test requirements, implementing tests at manufacturing sites, and detecting, debugging, and troubleshooting issues that arise in the manufacturing process.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage ECO cut-in/phase-in processes to ensure seamless integration of product changes.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in hardware products, including GPUs, CPUs, memory, storage, NICs, rack power systems, and network switches.
Your expertise in firmware/software, including Linux, baseboard controllers, and storage firmware, will also play a crucial role in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate specifications into clearly defined test requirements.
- Implement tests at various manufacturing sites.
- Detect, debug, and troubleshoot issues (hardware, firmware, test) as they arise in the manufacturing process.
- Manage all ECO cut-in/phase-in processes for the smooth integration of product changes.
Requirements:
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with L6 through L11 manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge and experience in hardware products, including GPU, CPU, memory, storage, NICs, rack power systems, and network switches.
- Product firmware/software, including Linux, baseboard controllers, and storage firmware.
- General test system software/systems, covering test control, diagnostics, and data collection.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
