Your Role:
The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations related to patient and customer meal services, catering, and food production. Collaborating closely with the Manager, you will set expectations, plans, and priorities. You will hold team members accountable for standards such as sanitation and productivity, conduct team meetings, recognize employee achievements, and promote diversity awareness. Additionally, you will schedule training for employees, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations. You will actively engage in delivering outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications for Success:
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector
  • ServSafe Certification or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary Arts certification or degree
  • Associate's degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Certified Dietary Manager
  • Culinary Arts certification
