Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Charlie's Produce is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general facility maintenance tasks in a production plant commercial properties in the greater Seattle area.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, repair, disassemble, and troubleshoot various equipment
  • Use power tools to aid in installation of equipment and ducting
  • Work from elevated surfaces such as aerial lifts and climb ladders
  • Maintain an organized work environment
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)
  • Provide feedback on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposures that could cause accidents
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of previous building maintenance and facilities experience
  • Ability to work OT as requested by management to complete special projects
  • Ability to lift up to 75bs frequently
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse up to 4 hours at a time
  • Ability to work in the outdoor elements as the job needs arise
  • Basic experience with Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing
