Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with leaf removal operations, including operating leaf vacuum hoses and raking leaves
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as sweeping walks, streets, and alleys, and shoveling snow
  • Load and unload heavy material from trucks
  • Communicate with other employees and supervisors using mobile or hand-held radios
Requirements
  • Ability to read and write
  • At least six months of paid experience in general labor work
  • Possession of a valid State of Ohio driver's license
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and standard practices of labor operations
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position that requires heavy physical exertion and may be performed under adverse weather conditions outdoors. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including 12-hour shifts, and may be required to work occasional Sundays.

Benefits

As a seasonal employee, you will not be eligible for employee benefit plans, including health insurance and paid time off. However, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
