Furnace Operator Job Description

At I Squared R Element Co., Inc., we are seeking a skilled Furnace Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for loading material into continuous pusher style furnaces and removing the material that comes out of the furnace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load material into continuous pusher style furnaces
  • Remove material from the furnace and evaluate its electrical properties
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Conscientiousness, punctuality, and dependability
  • Reliable transportation
