Pediatric Occupational Therapist Job Description

Puzzle Pieces, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, families, and other clinicians to provide evidence-based therapy and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the occupational and sensory needs of children and their families.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to support children reaching their goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive network for the child.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using our electronic health records system.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and internal professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • A Doctoral or Master's degree in a mental health field from an accredited graduate program.
  • A license for independent practice in Massachusetts (OTR/L).
  • Passion for working with children and families, with experience with neurodiverse children preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
