Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough drug utilization reviews and final quality assurance to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and healthcare counseling to patients.
  • Assume management responsibility in the absence of the pharmacy manager and maintain a secure and compliant pharmacy environment.

Qualifications
