Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct feature testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our digital platforms.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with internal and external development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand the desired functionality and ensure that it meets the required standards.
- Test Planning and Execution: Draft test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports to ensure that our digital platforms meet the required quality standards.
- Defect Identification and Tracking: Isolate, reproduce, log, and track defects to ensure that they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Advocate for standardization and automation across testing functions and help improve testing processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Experience: 0-2 Years of Related Professional Experience
- Certification: Quality Assurance Certification is a plus (ex. CSTE, CSQA, CAST, etc.)
- Skills: Experience testing SaaS and/or Web-based applications is a plus
