Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality routine nursing care to assigned patients, which may include those with G-Tubes, Trachs, Vents, and CVLs.
Assess and respond to patient progress and identify any changes in condition.
Conduct patient education and training for patients and their families.
Communicate effectively with all staff, patients, and families, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.
Adhere to all policies and procedures while maintaining the standards set by Advanced Care Partners.

Available Schedules:
Monday - Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: Open

Essential Qualifications:
Current RN nursing license in Texas or a compact nursing license.
Valid CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
Preferably two or more years of experience; new graduates may be considered based on completion of preceptorship.
Valid PPD skin test.
