Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the finance department with the development of the monthly forecasts and annual budgets. You will collaborate with the leadership team and provide both regular and ad hoc analyses, particularly focusing on growth and operational metrics.

Your contributions will be vital in conducting financial analysis, modeling, and evaluations across different channels to ensure the organization meets its financial objectives.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is technically proficient, eager to solve problems, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Duties Include:
- Assisting in the forecasting and budgeting processes for various components of the Profit and Loss statement, developing processes and models as needed to enhance the quality of insights while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Regularly interacting and communicating with key business partners regarding monthly reporting.
- Overseeing the planning and reporting processes for different aspects of the wholesale division.
- Ensuring the integrity of the financial system.
- Delivering insightful financial analyses of business performance against strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Participating in various ad hoc projects and aiding in the preparation of insightful analyses and presentations for the executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a highly analytical financial planning and analysis role (experience in investment banking, private equity, or startups is preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing financial systems to enable a global organization to effectively plan and monitor financial performance.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service to all internal business partners.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; a self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to track multiple information sources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
- Must be proactive, results-oriented, and uphold high ethical standards.
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $88,300 to $110,000, with offers expected to fall within this range based on the role's scope, complexity, work experience, and other relevant factors.
