Role Description
We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our educational team. This role involves assisting the lead teacher in fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. The Assistant Teacher will aid in implementing the curriculum, facilitating activities, and addressing the needs of the students.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and executing daily lessons and activities.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, instructional sessions, and meals.
- Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of students.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Prepare and set up materials and equipment for various activities.
- Observe and document the progress and behavior of children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. An Associate's degree or ECE certification is preferred. Previous experience in early childhood education is also preferred.
Compensation
Salary range is $16 - $26, commensurate with education and experience.
