Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop plans to prevent and manage chronic conditions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care
- Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred, however Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply
