Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture Leads: Reach out to incoming applicants to arrange showings and follow up after the showings are complete.
  • Conduct Showings: Tour leads through our rental properties and help them see themselves living there.
  • Get Applications & Get Leases: Follow our process to ensure the lead submits an application and gets all the way to a signed lease agreement.
  • Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations: Get direct feedback from applicants on rent pricing, features, and amenities, and bring your observations back to influence listed rent prices.
  • Service with a Smile: Be the first point of contact for leads and guide them through the showing and application process.
  • Service after the Sale: Be the residents' main point of contact throughout their tenancy.
Requirements
  • Virginia real estate license
  • Working knowledge of computer software
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role
  • Valid driver's license
