Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Aspen Home Improvements is a dynamic and innovative home improvement company that leverages Salesforce as a core tool for its sales and customer management processes.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Salesforce Developer to assist in the creation of custom reports, upload of inbound leads, call campaigns, call queues, and customized reports within our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement call campaign strategies using Salesforce's Campaigns and related objects.
  • Create and configure call queues to ensure efficient distribution of leads and tasks among sales representatives.
  • Develop automation processes and triggers to streamline call campaign management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective, custom reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting tools (Reports, Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, etc.) to create meaningful visualizations and insights.
  • Implement data integration and transformation where necessary to enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to align with the needs of call campaigns and sales processes.
  • Enhance user experience by optimizing the user interface for sales representatives interacting with call queues and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience working in the Improveit 360 program, which is built using Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with call campaign setup, call queue configuration, and lead management within Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques to connect Salesforce with external data sources.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and understand their requirements.
