Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems and processes
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate with executive and management personnel to ensure quality goals and objectives are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
