Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in applying agile methodologies to modernize technological frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in relational database architecture, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Proficient in web development frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Solid background in microservices and containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in estimating project costs and contributing to schedule planning for technical initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the MVC design pattern in application development.
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, or C++.
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud services from providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues and innovative solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience in guiding software engineering teams.
  • Capability to mentor team members in both technical and professional skills.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security review and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
