This position supports the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support Account Managers in effectively managing a high volume of work, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Process changes to existing policies in agency management software and on carrier sites, including adding or replacing vehicles, mortgagee changes, and coverage updates.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to grow loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Two years minimum of Personal Lines account management or support experience required.
  • Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred.
  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
