Job Description

**Job Summary**

Qarbon Aerospace Inc is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Inspection Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform inspections of aircraft structure assemblies and detail parts with various levels of complexity in accordance with AS9100 QMS and determine part conformance to MBD, drawings and specification requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to AS standards and maintain a current inventory list for all product (make and buy) that has been determined to be non-conforming.
  • Maintain adherence/conformance to specifications and follow established procedures.
  • Review and monitor adherence to all safety and department procedures, practices and directives.
  • Report all personnel problems and injuries to immediate supervisor/manager.
  • Assist in training of new personnel.
  • Mutilate and scrap parts as applicable per the non-conformance disposition.
  • Perform surveillance inspections of process areas to assure compliance to internal and industry standard requirements.
  • Execute all duties with ethical behavior and fully support all of Qarbon Aerospace's Policies/Procedures/Guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Qarbon's ERP system.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Limited related experience of Aerospace Inspection.
  • Must be a self-motivator with ownership for the MRB Control process.
