Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Assist with UM and authorization processes to ensure timely access to care.

• Coordinate QM activities with primary care physician offices to enhance patient outcomes.

• Acquire necessary credentials for physician contracts, promoting seamless partnerships.

• Patient care coordination, providing support and responding to inquiries from physician offices.

• Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare, medical assisting or licensed vocational nursing is essential.

• Familiarity with managed care software, such as EZ Cap, is highly desirable.

• Detailed knowledge of managed care principles, including referral and authorization processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred.
