Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and sorts soiled linens from various areas, categorizing items by type, color, and level of cleanliness. Inspects all laundry for damages or stains and documents any issues.
- Operates laundry machines following the manufacturer's guidelines, ensuring the correct amount of cleaning agents are used for optimal results.
- Carefully folds and organizes clean linens for storage.
- Assists in maintaining an accurate linen inventory for monthly assessments.
- Reports any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
