As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be the welcoming presence for our visitors, embodying the spirit of hospitality at the entrance of our esteemed resort. Your role encompasses greeting guests upon arrival, guiding them to their accommodations, and facilitating the transport and storage of their luggage. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing insights about the resort's offerings and nearby attractions.

Primary Duties:

  • Warmly welcome and assist guests during their arrival and departure in accordance with our hospitality standards.
  • Support guests with the handling and storage of their luggage.
  • Guide guests to their rooms while providing comprehensive information about resort amenities.
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of all resort facilities and local points of interest.

Requirements:
