We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Associate to join our team at Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center. As a Banquet Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve culinary skills and knowledge.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
