Position Available: Senior HVAC Installation Technician

As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Installation Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in leading residential retrofit and changeout projects, looking for a reliable and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily pickup of company vehicle for job assignments
  • Installation of residential HVAC systems, including retrofits and changeouts
  • Setup of line sets, ductwork, low voltage wiring, and additional components
  • Commissioning of newly installed systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Supervising installation assistants
  • Engaging in ongoing company-sponsored Trane dealer training and NATE Certification programs

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in residential retrofit installation
  • Experience in a leadership role during installations
  • EPA Certification required
  • Commitment to ongoing training and certification, including NATE
  • Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs with assistance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • NATE Core and Specialty Certifications preferred
  • Successful candidates will undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process
