Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Coordinator to join our team. As a MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage MEP systems, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
  • Provide technical support to project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in MEP systems, with a focus on commercial construction.
  • Proficient in CMiC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of design build process and integrated project delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
