Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Patient Care
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and provide treatments according to physicians' orders
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met
- Document Patient Information
- Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Qualifications
- Education
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
