Automotive Sales Associate Position

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Nurturing long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Providing expert guidance to customers in selecting the ideal vehicle, leveraging product knowledge and consultative selling skills
  • Staying up-to-date on product offerings, features, and technologies to remain a trusted resource for customers
  • Delivering high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A self-starter mentality and ambition to excel in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $35,000 - $150,000 per year, based on commission. Additionally, you will enjoy:
