Job Title: Night Auditor

At Residence Inn Chandler, we are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of our hotel's financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Perform guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, and switchboard operations.
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Guest service experience preferred.
  • Computer knowledge and skills required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
