About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a secure residential treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
What We Offer
  • A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
  • An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
  • A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
