As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will play a critical role in helping us deliver high-quality care to patients and their families. You will work closely with licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote positive behavioral changes and improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients under the supervision of BCBAs
* Provide direct support to patients and their families during therapy sessions
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies
Requirements
* 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field (or student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program)
* Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training preferred
* Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or desire to obtain certification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
