Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, preparing patients for exams and treatments, and assisting our physicians with various procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for exams and treatments by taking vital signs, recording medical history, and administering medications as directed by our physicians.
  • Assist our physicians with various procedures, including surgical and non-surgical treatments.
  • Provide exceptional patient care by being empathetic, professional, and courteous at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing exam rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in dermatology or cosmetic surgery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, with experience in electronic medical records (EMRs) a plus.
