Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks in various areas of the campus, including hospitals, locker rooms, classrooms, dormitories, and lavatories. Clean, sanitize, and polish fixtures, dust and wash surfaces, and remove waste and debris.
- Equipment Operation and Security: Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the security of the campus facilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in custodial services or a related field.
- Skills: Ability to lift heavy objects, operate cleaning equipment, and work independently.
- Competitive Salary: $14.00 per hour + 5% shift differential.
