Job Summary

Rogers Motors, a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate automotive services and repairs by identifying performance problems and service requests.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage, perform walk-around inspections, and develop estimates.
  • Maintain customer rapport and records, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a dealership position, preferably in a service advisor role.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with industry-specific software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
