**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma with technical skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.
  • Minimum of five years experience in facility management and operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy and property management systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
