Overview:
">We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN Supervisor to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center in Carmel, IN.
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating unit staffing, ensuring the implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in assigned areas. This includes assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, as well as contributing to or performing performance evaluations of staff.
">In addition, the RN Supervisor will assess daily patient care needs, develop and distribute patient care assignments, ensure population-appropriate patient care, evaluate patient outcomes, and respond to complaints about patient care through established channels.
">Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is also required within six months of hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is necessary within one month of hire date or job transfer date.
">Candidates with 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience are preferred.

">This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
