Job Description:

As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with clients to educate them on banking solutions and services

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
  • Bilingual language - Spanish preferred
