Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, restocking toiletries, and performing laundry duties.
  • Room Preparation: Ensure rooms are prepared to our hotel's high standards prior to guest arrival, including arranging furniture and amenities.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain common spaces, including hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage cleaning supplies, linens, and other essential items.
  • Lost and Found: Document and manage lost and found items, as well as report any damage or repairs needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and time management skills, and effective communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Experience with various cleaning products and techniques a plus.
