Clinical Nurse Specialist- ED 1 FTE Day

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert consultation and implementing improvements in patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing practice that incorporates established national specialty practice guidelines, regulatory requirements, and interdisciplinary frameworks.
- Provide expert consultation to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care outcomes.
- Lead in the development of nursing practice that advances best practices in healthcare and supports efficient and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care delivery and outcomes.
- Master's Degree in Nursing with clinical focus from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Three years of experience in area of specialty, including ED experience.
- Experience in teaching adult learners.
- Clinical Nurse Specialist experience.
- Master's degree in nursing from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).
