Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage Customers

Vehicle Information and Symptom Reporting

Accurately obtain and record customer and vehicle information, clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.

Maintenance Recommendations and Estimates

Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history, preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.

Follow-up and Communication

Establish follow-up times, monitor vehicle progress, and update customers frequently to ensure satisfaction and build trust.

Invoice Reconciliation and Explanation

Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order, explaining all completed work and charges to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Customer Service Expertise

A proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance processes and procedures.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Computer Skills and Adaptability

Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new programs and technologies.
