Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $33,280 based on an hourly wage of $16.00. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, culinary training, higher education programs, vacation time, paid holiday, birthday PTO, and monthly bonus potential.


Job Summary

This Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for providing outstanding customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and make recommendations on products.
  2. Be knowledgeable about our products, ingredients, and nutritional information to make informed suggestions to customers.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockrooms, sales floors, and checkout areas.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.
  5. Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing store display.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move frequently throughout the store.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Familiarity with computer software and technology.
