Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Viega. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail, including UPS and FedEx shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service via multi-line telephone, directing callers to relevant personnel or voicemail when necessary
- Respond to inquiries from callers, providing accurate information about our company, including address, directions, fax numbers, website, and more
- Ensure a positive first impression by greeting visitors, logging their arrival, and facilitating introductions to relevant staff members
- Pursue various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and email management, with attention to detail and efficiency
- Maintain and disseminate absence and travel reports across multiple facilities
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events with precision and flexibility
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and guests
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in an office setting
Total Rewards Package:
The selected candidate can expect a salary range of $20-$25 per hour, dependent on factors such as education, prior experience, and geographical considerations.
