  • Identify and report facility concerns, including downed or broken equipment and building issues, to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assist with projects as delegated by club management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Team Member Handbook, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification, ensuring the safety and well-being of members and staff.
  • Experience working with children, demonstrating a commitment to creating a welcoming environment.
  • Certifications as required by local and state laws, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Physical Demands:
  • Lift up to 30 pounds on occasion, demonstrating physical ability and stamina.
  • Stand, bend, and squat frequently, maintaining a high level of mobility and flexibility.
  • Push and pull cleaning and maintenance equipment as needed, demonstrating manual dexterity and strength.
