Position Title: Senior Quality Assurance Inspector

Hourly Pay: $28-$30

1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

Location: Not specified

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of quality assurance inspectors to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and production timelines.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new quality control personnel, offering insights into inspection methodologies and best practices.
  • Establish and refine quality assurance protocols to enhance operational efficiency and maintain consistent product quality.
  • Analyze inspection data to detect patterns and initiate corrective measures as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in quality inspections or assembly of medical devices, especially catheters, is highly regarded.
  • Skilled in performing visual inspections utilizing microscopes and other magnification instruments.
  • Familiarity with terminology related to medical devices and manufacturing processes.
  • Capability to operate in a clean room setting while following appropriate gowning protocols.
  • Understanding of cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
  • Commitment to Good Documentation Practices.
  • Openness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
