Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team at Heads Up Technologies, Inc. in Addison, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory records, receiving, counting, and documenting production components, and ensuring proper storage and organization within the stockroom.

The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately count and verify inventory levels using established procedures and technology.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of physical inventory counts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures.

Requirements

· Estimated salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)

· Work Location: Addison, TX

· Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States
