Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in achieving revenue and cost objectives
  • Ensure proper training and development of staff
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and create a fun atmosphere
  • Manage budgets and labor, including scheduling and staffing
  • Develop and implement upselling techniques and proper transaction processes
  • Assist in achieving labor goals through appropriate staffing levels and scheduling
  • Develop and oversee employee training on POS, service protocols, and operational standards
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience in management
  • Proven operations background with exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Previous experience in managing budgets and labor
  • Background in the restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
