Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize seating management software to accurately input guest details and update table availability.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management.
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates based on current seating and party size.
  • Exercise sound judgment to accommodate guest needs appropriately.
  • Quickly bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas to facilitate efficient guest seating.
  • Handle phone inquiries and reservations as required.
  • Assist with carryout orders for guests when necessary.
  • Support serving staff by pre-bussing tables and delivering food and beverages.
  • Foster relationships with both new and returning customers.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, restrooms, and other public spaces.
  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting.
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability on weekends is required.
